Chera Mann

Chera Mann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the co-owner of Peak Mindset Consulting. With a Master's degree in Social Work, Chera has more than 8 years of experience as a therapist, providing compassionate and effective treatment for children, teens, and adults.

 

At Healing Connections Counseling, where she acts as Clinical Director and therapist, Chera specializes in treating anxiety, trauma, stress, and burnout. She employs a variety of evidence-based techniques, including EMDR, IFS, DBT, and TF-CBT, to help her clients achieve their goals and improve their emotional regulation and crisis stabilization skills.

 

At Peak Mindset Consulting, Chera works as a consultant, helping individuals navigate and demystify the therapeutic process to ensure they can achieve success in therapy and benefit from short-term treatment. Driven, empathetic, and goal-oriented, Chera is committed to making therapy work for her clients by teaching essential coping skills and providing a safe, supportive environment.
