Jayden Freeman

Jayden is a Clinical Social Worker and one of the co-owners of Peak Mindset Consulting. He has worked in a variety of jobs in different capacities working with populations in need, including child victims of abuse, incarcerated adults, and more.

He has a Master's degree in Social Work and currently works as a therapist with Healing Connections Counseling using training in various modalities including CBT, DBT, EDMR, and ERP to serve the community he lives in. He finds satisfaction and purpose in meeting new people and forming meaningful connections, and recognizes the importance of that for all us as people.

With Peak Mindset Consulting, Jayden works to help people be less intimidated by therapeutic process and make it work for them. His approach is people first and focused on helping people reach their individual goals skillfully and without becoming overwhelmed.
